However, Fun With Vinyl is particular about sound. Playback was performed on a Technics SL-1200MK2 record player, and the audio was recorded to DAT tape on a Sony PCM-R300 via a Yamaha RX-Z1 audio-video receiver. The audio was then imported into a PC using a Turtle Beach Catalina sound card and Cool Edit Pro software, where it was remastered to remove clicks and other artifacts before being converted into digital WAV files. The sound quality has been raised to the highest level.
