Then, horn phrases from the Hypnotic Brass Ensemble are added, and around seven minutes into the performance, Prince finally begins singing Musicology in a casual manner. The epic seven-minute intro and the big-band-style jam of Musicology are heavy and innovative! From The Bird and Jungle Love, they move on to Play That Funky Music, and Shelby unexpectedly sings Party Up, and Prince joins in, getting the audience going!
