Summer Sonic, a summer tradition, is back in 2022! This year, including Sonic Mania, it will be held for a total of three days from August 19th to 21st.

This release captures Kasabian's performance as the opening act on the Mountain Stage, the main stage at Makuhari Messe, the venue for Sonic Mania, held on August 19th as a pre-festival event, in superb sound quality. This marks their first performance in Japan since Tom Meighan's departure and the band's new lineup.
