The last remaining members of DIO reunited to form DIO Disciples, adding former Judas Priest vocalist Tim "Ripper" Owens and former Little Angel vocalist Toby Jepson.
The first day of the world tour, the June 8th performance in Russia, has been completely recorded with a superb, high-quality audience recording that has been remastered exclusively by the label.
As DIO is without the one and only Ronnie James Dio, it may feel lacking in every way, but as the members themselves have stated, they are not just a cover band or tribute band, and their performance as DIO Disciples is incredibly wonderful and passionate.
