So-E Records' 2008 special feature focusing on high-quality blues-rock, presents 14 carefully selected titles in the official budget reissue series, Necromancer. All 14 titles are soundboard recordings.

This release features a high-quality soundboard recording of Hot Tuna's performance at the Fillmore West's closing concert! Hot Tuna is a blues-based unit formed by Jefferson Airplane's main members, Jorma Kaukonen (guitar) and Jack Casady (bass). For this live performance, they are joined by electric violinist Papa John Creach and drummer Sammy Piazza, creating an electric lineup. This live performance was released as the official album "Electric Hot Tuna," but it was an incomplete single-disc release and is now difficult to obtain. However, as it was officially released in part, the performance is superb!
