Generation Axe, a super unit featuring a stellar collaboration of five master guitarists: Steve Vai, Nuno Bettencourt, Zakk Wylde, Yngwie Malmsteen, and Tosin Abasi. This release features the final show in Tokyo, held at Toyosu PIT on November 29th, their first tour in two and a half years since the spring of 2017, completely recorded in ultra-high quality, exclusively for the label! The XAVEL label also released their previous two-day Tokyo performance in ultra-high-quality multi-IEM matrix audio. This release also delivers a level of quality superior to other recordings. The band's sound, perfectly balanced around the guitars of the five master guitarists, boasts clarity and power comparable to a stereo soundboard recording, resulting in an ultra-high quality that simply cannot be achieved with an audience recording. The songs performed by all five musicians on this concert included the FOCUS classic "Hocus Pocus," famous for Thijs van Rey's facial expressions, the trending "Bohemian Rhapsody," and the essential guitar anthem "Burn," a must-have for guitar enthusiasts. In the middle of the concert, Zak, Steve, and Nuno moved over to the PA desk to perform Gary Moore's classic "Still Got the Blues," another highlight of the show.
