This release features a complete recording of the first night (October 5th) of a two-day concert at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California, in 1973, captured from a superb, high-quality audience recording master.

This noteworthy performance includes rare tracks such as "Pay the Price," "Try for Sleep," and "You Don't Me Long," which are rarely performed live. It also features covers of songs by John Lee Hooker, Willie Dexon, and Ray Charles, making it an essential live recording from the 1973 tour!
