A month after their appearance at Summer Sonic 2011, the postponed Japan tour has finally begun. On the first day of this memorable performance, the first song on the setlist, following the opening SE "Yellow Tail," was "Across The Universe"! This Beatles cover, first performed at a charity concert for the Great East Japan Earthquake victims, was a thoughtful opening for their Japan tour. Fans were surely moved by Liam singing this classic with the Japanese flag behind him.
