This is a superb, official-quality professional recording of the McCoy Tyner All Stars' performance at Estival Jazz in Switzerland on July 7, 2005. The quintet features the same lineup as their 2007 Japan tour—McCoy Tyner, Gary Bartz, and Eric Gravatt—with the addition of Ravi Coltrane and Charnett Moffett. This is a superb live video featuring a perfect setlist, including Grammy Award-winning tracks from the album "Illuminations," such as "Soulstice" and "Angelina," the classic "Blues On The Corner," Coltrane's "Moment's Notice," and finally "Ballad For Aisha." The video and audio quality are impeccable, and it's a treat to be able to closely examine McCoy Tyner's powerful piano work and Eric Gravatt's drumming, which has influenced countless drummers including Terry Bozzio, thanks to the perfect multi-camera setup.
