This two-CD set features the entire concert, recorded in the highest quality possible, with a leaked stereo soundboard master boasting excellent sound balance, and 24-bit digital remastering by the Dead Flowers label. This superb sound quality captures every part with perfect separation and balance, and the absence of noise during "Love To Burn" leaves no doubt that this title is the definitive release. The MG's, known for their musicians Steve Cropper and the late Donald Duck Dunn, also featured Jim Keltner on drums during this period, delivering a truly sublime performance throughout. Additionally, as a bonus track, a soundboard recording of a solo acoustic live performance held in Mountain View, California on November 6th of the same year is included. This recording has also been digitally remastered to deliver excellent sound quality, transforming the flat mono sound source into a three-dimensional, exquisite sound.
Next up is the accompanying DVD, which contains a must-see for all fans: footage of the festival stage captured on a single camera. Undoubtedly shot by someone involved, this footage is superb in terms of image quality, camerawork, and stability, giving it the feel of unedited professional footage.
