The album includes "Manticore Jam" with PFM, featuring Mel Collins' powerful saxophone reminiscent of King Crimson, and a live performance of "Cadence and Cascade" featuring vocals by Pete Sinfield, who left King Crimson to release his solo album "Still," as well as songs from his solo albums.
