This is Brad Mehldau's latest live recording. Unusually, it features a collaboration with a big band. The ultra-high-quality soundboard recording has been remastered. The somewhat thin bassline has been strengthened, and the stereo image, which was somewhat confined to the center, has been widened. There was a lot of speech between songs, which was easy to hear due to the soundboard recording, but it was too long, so it has been almost entirely cut. Some may object, saying things like, "I wanted to hear the speeches too," or "This doesn't capture the entire concert as it was originally intended," but please understand that this is an item specifically designed for appreciating music.
