This is the first soundboard recording of Frank Marino & Mahogany Rush's 1983 Salinas, California, concert. Bonus tracks include two additional tracks, including "PURPLE HAZE" from 1978's California Jam II, also recorded on soundboard recordings. While he was working as a solo artist during this period, he also performed Mahogany Rush songs. Frank Marino gained popularity for his Jimi Hendrix-esque guitar playing, and this live performance features a stunning line recording of his performance, worthy of being called a successor.
