Fan-festival 2013 Tokyo performances saw the band's eight studio albums, from "Autobahn" onward, reproduced in perfect detail on each day. The first night of the eight-night run at Akasaka Blitz, the May 8th live performance, featured a perfect reproduction of "Autobahn." This exceptional audience recording, comparable to a soundboard recording, captures every detail from the opening surround sound introduction to the final show. This title boasts astonishing sound quality, having been 24-bit digitally remastered from the original high-quality master from the XAVEL label.
Following the familiar robot voice intro, the album of the same name, which features the masterpiece "Autobahn," which can be described as "a revolution in analog synthesizers," is reproduced in the original track order: "Autobahn," "Great Comet (Heartbeat)," "Great Comet (Orbit)," "Late Night and Invisible Footprints," and "Morning Stroll." It then features an even selection of classic songs from each era, from "Radioactivity" to "Tour de France."
Fresh rhythm arrangements make full use of the latest electronic equipment, and the tour's biggest attraction: the "pop-out" 3D images, along with the venue's surround sound, which has been meticulously crafted to match the visuals.
