Side A "YOUR TIMES IS GONNA COME"
Side B has a mysterious "X" stamp, so is it a completely unreleased song?
We have acquired the original metal acetate version of "Time Has Come," which was auctioned off at a certain global auction in 2013 and sold for $3,600!
This acetate version from the first album is the oldest at present and is extremely valuable.
What's more, the B side has a mysterious X stamp...The description at the auction also states that it contains an instrumental number whose name is unknown, so I thought, "Oh no! It's unreleased!"
But when I checked, it was "BLACK MOUNTAIN SIDE," which is connected to "YOUR TIME IS GONNA COME" in a medley on the album.
(Either way, the sleeve had a red NOT APPROVED stamp on it at the acetate stage, so it's not an officially released version) This acetate version is not attached to the medley, so it's extremely valuable.
This time, with the cooperation of Mr. S from the UK label Scorpio, we borrowed the DAT master and were able to record a total of 10 acetate discs currently on the market. The declicked audio is included as a bonus. Check out these divine acetate discs!!
