This release features a complete recording of the live performances by Muse, the globally popular three-piece band, at Saitama Super Arena on January 11th and 12th, 2013, their first solo tour of Japan in approximately three years. Both performances have been digitally remastered in 24-bit for the highest quality audience recording.

In addition, a bonus DVD-R is included, containing approximately 98 minutes of high-definition professional footage, primarily of their BBC appearance in conjunction with the release of their sixth original album, "The Second Law of Thermodynamics."

The recording captures an incredibly high level of audience sound, thanks to the dramatic spatial quality only possible with 24-bit recording, resulting in a superb, direct sound with a level of separation that is hard to believe comes from an arena live performance.

Almost all of the songs performed over the two days are from "The 2nd Law," an unconventional work filled with the band's ever-evolving spirit of exploration. While only two songs on the album can be called typical Muse sounds—"Supremacy" and "Survival," which was the official song for last year's London Olympics—there are plenty of highlights, including the experimental "Panic Station," the grand and dramatic "Follow Me," the lyrical and melodic "Animals," and the much-talked-about "Exogenesis: Symphony, Part 3: Redemption," which was performed live for the first time in Japan.
