This rare 1970s soundboard recording features live performances by Nectar, a unique British progressive hard rock band based in Germany, all British members!

Combining a progressive attitude inspired by 1960s psychedelia with a British lyricism reminiscent of Yes, the band later developed a stronger hard rock influence through lineup changes, leading to covers by Iron Maiden and others. Disc 1 features a performance in St. Louis on April 2, 1975, from the US tour that accompanied the release of their masterpiece, "Recycled."

Disc 2 features a New York performance on October 18, 1977, after guitarist Roy Albrighton left the band and Dave Nelson joined.
