This live recording features the Pat Metheny Trio, featuring virtuoso bassist Charlie Haden and drummer Billy Higgins, a highly sought-after figure since his Blue Note days. This lineup released the album "Rejoicing" in 1984, and this live performance is in support of that album. This recording features a two-day concert at Paradise Theater on April 24th and 25th, coupled with a newly unearthed TapeTyrant master recording for the 24th, and a master recording from the handmade collector's label "Headless Hawk," which was only available in limited quantities in 2020.
