This release features a studio session by Roy Buchanan recorded on July 12, 1972, at Record Plant East, New York, NY, USA. It's a session recording from shortly after the release of his debut album, "Roy Buchanan," and likely a recording for a tour held around the same time. While not a dress rehearsal for the actual tour, Roy's relaxed guitar work is very enjoyable, and his high level of technique is truly impressive. This is a superb item with rich content. Nine tracks from a 1987 Connecticut concert are included as bonus tracks in SBD format. The sound quality is excellent, thanks to the use of SBD sources, ensuring stable and high-fidelity sound.
