The Byrds Featuring Michael Clarke, recorded in 1987 by Michael Clarke, the original drummer for The Byrds. While the band has since undergone lineup changes, we've unearthed and released a live recording from the time when the lineup consisted of Skip Batten on bass and Terry Rogers and Jerry Thorne on guitar! While this could be considered a later version of The Byrds, Michael Clark had a dispute with the other original members over the use of the name The Byrds, which had continued since the late '80s. This recording of The Byrds, just before their induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1991, shows none of that turmoil, faithfully recreating the band's classic hits. This live performance, packed with the best of The Byrds, will be enjoyable for both Byrds fans and those new to the band.
