This is a complete recording of THE WHO's memorable opening performance at Osaka-jo Hall on November 13th, from their 2008 Japan tour. Following a US tour that began in late October, THE WHO finally set foot on Japanese soil. The opening song, "Can't Explain," is performed at a slightly slower tempo, as if to confirm the band's overall cohesion. However, by the encore medley of "Pinball Wizard," the band reaches peak tension, delivering a performance worthy of their reputation as "the greatest live band in rock history." Highlights include "Real Good Looking Boy," which was dropped from the set on the Yokohama, Saitama, and Tokyo opening nights. In terms of sound quality, it does not reach the perfect sound quality of the Yokohama performance or Saitama performance released by the same label, but it is recorded with high sound quality that can be enjoyed without stress.
