This release features a complete, ultra-high-quality recording of Anthrax's Tokyo performance at EX Theater Roppongi on April 1st, from their 2026 Japan tour! By mixing four different audio sources, including the band members' IEMs, it achieves a sound comparable to a stereo soundboard recording, something unattainable with typical audience recordings. It features beautifully separated guitars and clear vocals and choruses that aren't buried by other instruments.

Anthrax played sold-out shows in various locations. The excitement was at its peak from the Tokyo show, which kicked off the Japan tour. They hyped up the audience, delivering a powerful performance that demonstrated they are still very much active even among the Big 4, whose activity has been somewhat subdued.

The limited edition includes a DVD featuring this show recorded in high-definition original audience footage.
