◆New York, February 1990 {Soundboard Recording / Original DAT Master}

From Bowie's 1990 "Sound + Vision" tour, which he embarked on as a way to "summarize his career and break away from the past," a tour rehearsal that reportedly took place in New York in February has been released using a new master. The perfectly balanced, newly released DAT master has been digitally remastered using state-of-the-art equipment, achieving the highest quality stereo soundboard quality and a sound that is on a different level from previously released titles. Although it was just a rehearsal, the performance was impeccable, with every track except "Alabama Song" being played to perfection.
