This recording captures Eric Clapton's 1979 Japan tour, specifically the 5th show of his 4th Japan tour, held on November 28th at Hiroshima Yubin Cyokin Hall, Hiroshima, Japan. This tour features a newly formed HIs Band, a complete change of backing band since 1974. The overall impression is one of a very cohesive and stable sound, and Eric's own playing seems to be in excellent form. There are many highlights, with a continuous stream of incredibly powerful guitar work, making it a very enjoyable and memorable stage performance. Five tracks from the 1974 Iowa concert are included as bonus tracks in soundboard format. The sound quality is excellent, as it is an audience recording using high-quality sources, and you can enjoy a stable, high-quality sound with no issues of presence or clarity.
