This recording features a live performance at the Royal Albert Hall on July 4, 2009, with special guests David Gilmour and Imelda May, digitally remastered from a high-quality audience master. While multiple sources of this performance circulate online, this title uses the highest quality master available, further enhanced with the label's unique remastering process, to capture this special night in its best possible state. Approximately five months after their Japanese tour, the setlist for the sections featuring only the Beck Band remained largely unchanged, but the band's performances, each offering a completely different feel from day to day, are a must-listen in themselves. And the biggest highlight of the day was undoubtedly the performances featuring two special guests, recorded on Disc 2. "Lilac Wine" featuring Irish singer Imelda May, "Jerusalem" performed with David Gilmour, and the unexpected "Hi Ho Silver Lining"! It's an incredibly enviable lineup.
