The one included in this set is the alternate version, although it's not labeled as such. It includes new Prince songs, soundboard rehearsals, new songs with Janelle Monáe, Prince live recordings from the summer, piano instrumentals, remixes, and more.

Disc 1 contains new 3rd Eye Tunes-related songs, demos, and other outtakes. Starting with the beautiful "The Sweeter She Is," the set includes a never-before-heard new arrangement of "Something in the Water" and the bluesy "Da Ourgeoisis," both in demo and two versions with horns. The disc also includes the alternate version used in the promotional clip and the single "Breakfast Experience" from the EP, which was protected with a direct copy on the file, but this has been removed and digitally recorded. The studio version of "Big City" is just a snippet, but it showcases the cool horn section. Also included are the album version of "The Leader of the Band" from Sheila's new album, "Icon," and "We Are America," a collaboration between Esperanza Spalding and Prince. Disc 2 contains live performances.
