Summer 1984

This rehearsal from just before the Purple Rain tour in the summer of 1984 is here, again with a fantastic soundboard! Listening to this, it becomes clear that the versions previously included on Sabotage and other albums were incomplete. This 50-minute funk epic features a performance of the unreleased song "Feline," which has yet to be released on Erotic City (outtakes not yet available), "The Screams Of Passion," which was considered a Prince song at this point, a cover of James Brown, and "Body Heat," which would be performed at the Parade tour aftershow.
