This recording is from the San Diego performance on November 16, 1991, from the US-only tour following the release of his first solo album, "STRANGER IN THIS TOWN"!

This live performance was broadcast on radio and included on some CD singles, but it's the only soundboard recording from this tour. Now, it's released as a complete version, primarily using the WESTWOOD ONE broadcast LP, with two additional tracks, "REST IN PEACE" and "RIVER OF LOVE," added from a superb audience source that weren't broadcast.

The broadcast LP portion has been almost perfectly cleaned of scratches and noise, and the two audience tracks are of comparable quality to the soundboard recording, flowing seamlessly without any noticeable inconsistencies. In terms of both content and sound quality, this is an item we confidently recommend as the definitive version of this live performance!
