"Son of the Edge," a rare, unreleased album by Styx, who had numerous hits in the US in the '70s and '80s, is finally here! This release features nine demo tracks, recorded in the highest quality possible, originally intended for an album that was shelved due to the rise of the grunge movement at the time. It has become legendary among fans as the "legendary album" following their '90 album, "Edge of the Century." This highly anticipated album features rare, unreleased material from '92, when the band attempted to revive their band with the addition of new guitarist Glen Burtnik, replacing Tommy Shaw, but ultimately went unreleased.
