This high-quality audience recording captures the entire live performance at the Tokyo International Forum on September 25th, the opening stage of the 2009 Japan tour, which was a joint tour with the Doobie Brothers. This Japan tour, featuring their new album "Already Free," was just as impressive as their latest album, highlighting Mike Mattison's soulful vocals. While it's unfortunate that the concerts were a little shorter than usual due to the nature of the joint tour, the setlists changed daily, making every performance a must-listen for fans. The sound quality, too, was more than adequate given the venue's sound output. While they didn't perform with the Doobie Brothers on this day, the recording offers plenty of interesting content, including the band's only performance of "My Favorite Things" out of the three Tokyo shows.
