This much-anticipated release, a rare collection of '70s recordings, is a worthy surrogate of the Stones' 1981 best-of album, "SUCKING IN THE SEVENTIES," and is being urgently released by the IR label, which has recently released a string of hit DVDs and CDRs! 1970 was a pivotal period in the Stones' history, with Mick Taylor joining the band to replace Brian Jones, who left the band the previous year and passed away suddenly just one month later. The band then launched Rolling Stones Records, Taylor's departure in 1974, and Ron Wood joining the following year. This release, featuring outtakes and alternate mixes not included on the official releases, is truly a definitive collection of the best '70s surrogate releases.
