・International Buyers

Please Note:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Shipping refers to delivery only, it does not include customs duties.
Customs laws are different in each country.
Customs duties are the money you have to pay when you buy something from another country, they are determined by the item's price.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

The US government issued a new Executive Order, announcing measures to abolish the application of the de minimis rule to all countries from August 29, 2025.
This means that tariffs will be imposed on shipments destined for the US worth less than $800. The "de minimis rule" is a system that exempts imports worth less than $800 from tariffs.
The executive order going into effect, removes a long-standing “de minimis” tariff exemption for most goods valued under USD $800. However, this change does not apply to “informational materials” like music media, which are still exempt from tariffs under US law 50 USC 1702(b)(3).

We will continue to use DAP (Delivered at Place) and DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) shipping terms. If music media is not subject to the new tariffs, buyers will be able to shop with us as usual.
As providers adjust to the new requirements, buyers may receive a US Customs tariff invoice at or after receipt of items if carriers or US Customs do not properly apply the informational materials exemption.

Paying custom duties or any other tax is buyer's responsibility based on our store policy. We cannot write a significantly lower amount on your declaration in order to avoid customs duties.
Customs duties are the money you have to pay when you buy something from another country, they are determined by the item's price. If you don't pay the customs duty, the product will not be delivered to you. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. You should check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Even if you do not receive the goods, you are obligated to pay customs duties. If the product does not arrive due to refusal of customs payment, the product price will not be refunded. In other words, you cannot get the goods, and you have to pay for the goods and customs duties.
After all, if you pay for the item price and the customs duty, we are a professional seller and would be happier for you to receive the item.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
