We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned prior to your return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and address it appropriately.
Exchanges
For defective products: We will exchange the product for the desired product or refund only if it cannot be exchanged after return (no return/refund for exchangeable products)
Return Period for Defective Products: within 14 days of receipt, please.
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your current item and purchase a new one separately after your return has been accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and disburse your refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing a valid reason. As above, but the merchandise must be in the same condition as when you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
