BOSTON's first visit to Japan in 35 years, the third day of their 2014 Japan tour, held at Osaka Municipal Central Gymnasium on October 6th, is fully captured in a premium audience recording. This premium-quality recording features 24-bit digital remastering of the original XAVEL label high-quality master recorded at the front of the arena. The simultaneously released Tokyo premiere and Nagoya performances are IEM matrix recordings boasting astonishing sound quality that can only be heard on a stereo soundboard recording. This Osaka performance captures the entire concert with the powerful, exquisite audience recording unique to the XAVEL label.

If the genius Tom Scholz was the brains and engine of the band, on the other hand, it's been seven years since the sudden death of lead vocalist Brad Delp, who could be described as the face or chassis of the band. His successor, Tommy DeCarlo, has also fully adapted to the band, and the band is in top condition. We are simply grateful to Tom & Boston for their long-awaited visit to Japan and their amazing performance under these circumstances.
