This DVD is an audience recording of the concert at the Electric Factory in Philadelphia from the Canadian/North American leg of the "Earthling Tour" that began in September 1997. It is a recording of the second day of the two-day concert at the same venue, and the image quality is stable and very enjoyable. The performance is also superb, making this a recommended item among the audience recordings of this tour.
