This release captures the final show of Eric Clapton's 2006 Japan tour, held on November 15 at Osaka-Jo Hall (Castle Hall) in Osaka. The tour, which began in Osaka, comprised a total of 19 performances—including four in Osaka, two in Nagoya, eleven in Tokyo, and shows in Sapporo and Saitama. As this was the third show of the run, the band members had shaken off any initial stiffness; Clapton himself plays in a relaxed manner, showcasing superb, highly polished guitar work. Derek Trucks—a major name in the guitar world—participates as a guitarist in the backing band, adding a special touch to the performance. Regarding sound quality, although this is an audience recording, it is excellent; the audio is clear and immersive, offering a consistently stable listening experience from start to finish.
