Demos and Rough Mixes from the Chinese Democracy Sessions 2000-2001

A best-selling item that was previously sold out is now back in stock in limited quantities! The outtakes from "CHINESE DEMOCRACY," also known as "THE VILLAGE SESSIONS," which leaked from the locker of Geffen Records A&R, Tom Zutau, in 2019 and became a major news story, are now available as a 2CD digest featuring the best takes and versions of tracks selected from those 8 hours of studio sessions!
Because the band quickly bought back the leaked recordings, despite their popularity, only a select few collectors were able to hear them. As a result, the previously released Volume 1 (3CDR) and Volume 2 (4CDR) of the same title sold out immediately and became extremely difficult to obtain. While Volumes 1 (3CDR) and 2 (4CDR) contained all the studio sessions leaked from the rockers, with varying recording levels and sound pressure, making them collector's items prioritizing historical value, this time, we've carefully selected the best takes and versions, evenly adjusted the sound pressure throughout, and created a highly anticipated release that prioritizes listening enjoyment and is recommended for all fans!
Disc 1 mainly contains demos and rough mixes of tracks from the "CHINESE DEMOCRACY" album and singles released after Slash and Duff's return, such as "PHAHAPS" and "HARD SKOOL." Disc 2 includes previously unreleased tracks and even rehearsals of "KNOCKIN' ON HEAVEN'S DOOR" and "WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE" by the members at that time, capturing the key points of the album's production, from nearly final mixes to rough versions before vocals were added.

Furthermore, the jacket illustration was reportedly requested by the band for "CHINESE DEMOCRACY," but was deemed unusable for political reasons. With its design and everything else, this is truly the definitive "CHINESE DEMOCRACY" session album, finally making its long-awaited debut!
