This release features a complete recording of the performance from August 14th, the second day of their two-day concert at Makuhari QVC Marine Field, their first performance in Japan in two years. The footage is captured in stunning full HD quality audience shots! The video uses XAVEL-ALX label's original full HD quality audience shot source. Footage shot from the premium standing area and two locations at the front of the stands has been mixed and processed, resulting in a visually impressive video with numerous close-up shots. The audio uses the same high-quality audience recording source as the simultaneously released "ArtRAVE in Makuhari 2nd Night (XAVEL-251)."

Two years after their previous "Born This Way Ball Tour," this concert marks their return to Japan with their new album "ARTPOP," released last year. While the stage set is slightly simpler compared to their overseas performances due to the venue being used just before Summer Sonic, it's still a spectacularly flashy live show.
