The "Mike Millard Tapes," recorded by Mike Millard, a taper familiar to fans for his exceptional audience recording skills, are now available. While several recordings using the Mike Millard Tapes as masters have been released by this label, you may have noticed that there are two types: the "Brushed Mike Millard Tapes" and the "Legendary Mike Millard Tapes." Not all Mike Millard Tapes have perfect sound quality; some have significant room for improvement. The "Brushed" series features recordings that have been extensively edited and improved. The "Legendary" series, on the other hand, features recordings that were originally near-perfect with little room for improvement, and only minor edits have been made between tracks.

This time, we feature Linda Ronstadt from the "Legendary" series, and this is one of the best recordings among Millard's recordings. The vocal clarity is almost like a soundboard recording. The sound, which was somewhat thin, has been powerfully adjusted, resulting in a superb sound quality. The setlist was packed with famous songs that anyone would recognize. Leading the pack was "Desperado" by the Eagles, fellow West Coast bandmates, as well as hits by Elvis Presley, Neil Young, and the Rolling Stones. There was also his own famous song "Bad Girl," which is often covered by soul musicians, and the show ended with Martha and the Vandellas' soulful "Heat Wave." I'd like to conclude by saying there's nothing to complain about, but unfortunately, the only drawback is that the first few songs of the live performance are missing, making it incomplete.
