This Miles Davis item comes from Stargazers, the label currently attracting attention as the pinnacle of Miles Davis collector's labels, which also supports the creation of bonus discs for Voodoo Down.

This recording is from the first day of the 1982 tour. Despite being an audience recording, it's an exceptionally well-recorded and superb sound. It has been remastered using a recently pitch-adjusted master. The show kicks off with the classic "BACK SEAT BETTY" from "The Man with the Horn." The band lineup is almost identical to that of "The Man with the Horn," and they also perform "AIDA" and "FAT TIME" from the same album. While "JEAN PIERRE" isn't included in its entirety, please enjoy this reimagined 2022 version.
