Empress Valley x Zavel Japan present the first video release from Paul McCartney's 2014 USA tour! This is the 2014 Japan tour that never came to fruition. "Empress Valley x Zavel Japan" has been searching for a place to raise their fist, or rather, a microphone and camera, and has finally set their sights on Paul's comeback USA tour.
The first video release from the US tour features the July 9 performance at the Chicago United Center. This performance at this venue, known as the home of the NBA's Chicago Bulls and the NHL's Chicago Blackhawks, is fully captured! Of course, this is all-original footage you won't find anywhere else! The audio is sourced from the same master as the ultra-high-quality sound source used on the simultaneously released "OUT THER U.S.A. Tour "LIVE IN CHICAGO" (3CD) [EVSD-724/725/726]," ensuring exceptional sound quality. While there are several other recordings of the Chicago show available, they simply cannot compare to this release in terms of distance to the stage, camerawork, or image quality. This is a must-see for anyone who already owns the footage! You'll be blown away by the overwhelming quality of this footage! It was shot from a very close distance on the left side of the stage, so many of the shots feature Paul from the side. Enjoy the stunning, almost shake-free footage, primarily featuring three-shots of Paul, Rusty, and Brian. The closeness is particularly noteworthy; Paul's facial expressions are clearly visible, and his complexion clearly shows he's fully recovered. This footage will bring tears to fans' eyes. It also perfectly captures Paul's encore reappearance with the Stars and Stripes in hand, and his transition from piano to guitar during the "Golden Slumbers" medley, where the three of them take turns playing solos. The intensity is simply stunning. The flashy side-on rendition of "Live And Let Die" is also quite refreshing.

Empress Valley x Zavel Japan present the second film from Paul McCartney's 2014 USA tour! Leaving Chicago, the birthplace of skyscrapers, we follow Paul and his entourage to Fargo, North Dakota, the town made famous by the title of a Coen brothers film. Surrounded by idyllic countryside, the Fargodome, the venue for this day's performance, evokes the atmosphere of a "small dome in the middle of nature." Its scale is comparable to that of the Yokohama Arena in Japan, making it a somewhat smaller venue.
This release captures the entire live performance at a venue where it's hard to imagine Paul performing live. The audio is sourced from the same master as the ultra-high-quality sound source featured on the simultaneously released "OUT THER U.S.A. Tour "LIVE IN FARGO" (3CD) [EVSD-727/728/729]," ensuring exceptional sound quality.
The shooting position chosen for the day was near the center of the arena, close to the recording position. Surrounded by cheerful locals, the footage primarily features screenshots, but also includes close-up shots of Paul onstage at key points. The footage is also extremely stable with minimal camera shake, making it an excellently balanced recording for those who want to enjoy the concert in a relaxed atmosphere. Although it's less impactful than the shocking footage from "OUT THER U.S.A. Tour "LIVE IN CHICAGO FILM"," which features the Chicago performance, it perfectly captures the images on the screen, making it a work that allows you to fully enjoy the moving visual effects of songs like "Maybe I'm Amazed" and "Something."

Empress Valley x Zavel Japan present the third film from Paul McCartney's 2014 USA tour! This complete recording of a live performance took place at Pinnacle Bank Arena, a live venue located adjacent to the Haymarket, a lush, green downtown area in Lincoln, a small Midwestern city home to the University of Nebraska. Located in the heart of this lush, university town, the Pinnacle Bank Arena evokes a sense of old-fashioned Americana. While not as compact as the Fargodome where the previous performance took place, the venue was still compact, and the filming position was adjacent to the recording position, almost in the center of the arena, creating a similar environment to the Fargo performance.
More than the "OUT THER U.S.A. Tour "LIVE IN FARGO FILM," which also filmed the Fargo performance, this film primarily features screen shots, allowing for ample exposure to the screen effects. While not numerous, key close-up shots of the stage capture Paul's facial expression from the front, including a perfect wink into the camera. The audio uses the same master as the ultra-high quality sound source used on the simultaneously released "OUT THER U.S.A. Tour "LIVE IN LINCOLN" (3CD) [EVSD-730/731/732]," making this an exceptional item in terms of sound quality.
Furthermore, on this day, they successfully filmed the complete opening film that was shown before the live show began! Until now, there has never been a video item that recorded the entire opening film, so this footage can be said to be extremely valuable. It's amazing to be able to watch this footage! It brings back the excitement before the show began at their 2013 Japan tour!

Empress Valley x Zavel Japan present the fourth film from Paul McCartney's 2014 USA tour! This complete recording captures the final performance of Paul's July tour of the USA, held at the Sprint Center in Kansas City, Missouri, a city packed with skyscrapers and one of America's largest cities. The audio is sourced from the same high-quality master as the simultaneously released "OUT THER U.S.A. Tour "LIVE IN KANSAS CITY" (3CD) [EVSD-733/734/735]," resulting in a truly exceptional sound experience. While there are several other DVDs and DVDs available of the Kansas City performance, they are incomparable to this release in terms of stage distance, camerawork, and image quality. This is a must-see for anyone who already owns the footage! You'll be blown away by the sheer quality! The vibrant, even dangerous, urban atmosphere is a stark contrast to the idyllic atmosphere of Fargo and Lincoln, and it's sure to raise your expectations. This concert marked the final July show of Paul's USA tour, marking the final day of the planned road trip, and I was clutching my camera tensely. Despite the strictest baggage inspections of any show on the tour, the recording and filming team was fortunate enough to successfully bring their equipment. After setting up, we arrived at our shooting positions and waited for the show to begin.
While waiting for the show to begin, I carefully observed the Sprint Center venue from the center of the arena. Its size and shape are very similar to the Budokan. I was sure I would have attempted to capture Paul from the Budokan arena, the dream of his 2014 Budokan concert. With these thoughts running through my mind, the lights went out and the tour's final show began.
This time, my filming position was the same as Lincoln Fargo, in the center of the arena. Finally, on this day, I was able to enjoy ideal conditions: no extremely large audience members would have obstructed my path to Paul. Throughout the entire concert, I aimed for close shots of Paul on stage, occasionally pulling back to capture the screen in the background, achieving an ideal balance and perfect stability. While the shooting locations were similar to Fargo and Lincoln, the footage captured is completely different, so I hope you'll enjoy both.
You'll enjoy the best possible picture and sound quality for this incredible final performance of the July 2014 USA tour! This US tour series is completely different from the lame items you'll find online that are simply packed with mediocre audio and video. Each item is a must-have for any true Paul fan!
