The first release is an album collection of their historic 1973 debut album, "Queen I (First)," a 2026 special edition 2CD & DVD set featuring newly edited remixes of all tracks, a reproduction of the original masters, outtakes rarities, and video collection footage. CD1 contains all tracks from the album in a completely new "multiplex stereo remix" edited from the multi-track source. This alternate album offers a more realistic sound image than the finished version with overdubs, emphasizing the raw vocals on the single tracks and featuring different mixes of guitar phrases, making it a completely different remix from the standard stereo mix. The second half includes "Singles and Rarities," adding edited versions of the original singles and later remixes. CD2 features the "Original Master Restoration," a faithful reproduction of the original master tape. While numerous digitally remastered CDs have been released to date, this release features the original sound source, aiming to reproduce the analog source etched onto the first pressing of the record at the time of its release. This is a complete reproduction of the original sound source, which cannot be heard in the opposite direction of newly edited remixes or the many digital remasters. The second half includes studio outtakes and recordings from the SMILE era, the predecessor to Queen. The DVD contains album-related videos compiled into each section. The "Video Collection" includes official videos and newly edited promotional videos. The "Promotional Video Sessions" features the first promotional videos of Queen, "Keep Yourself Alive" and "Liar," with different edited versions of each song, complete with pre-shoot slates and counts. These are historical video sessions capturing Queen at the time of their debut. Furthermore, the "Video Archives" includes footage from the UK TV broadcast of OGWT at the time, film footage from Rainbow in '74, and a valuable German TV broadcast live performance.
