The highly anticipated collector's item, "HELP! Special Movie Edition," featuring the rare TV broadcast version of The Beatles' second film, "HELP!", is being released simultaneously with the SGT. Anniversary Edition! This release features two versions of "HELP!" in its now-rare original format. The "USTV Broadcast Version" was originally broadcast on AMC Movie Classics in the US, and features a 4:3 uncropped screen that is cut from current widescreen formats. This version features the original mono film with the music replaced by stereo. This TV version begins with a rare movie trailer and AMC introduction. The "Original Japanese Dubbed TV Broadcast Version" features the rare Japanese dubbed version originally broadcast in Japan in the 1970s. The original Japanese dub included in the Anniversary Edition is uncut, with some English audio over Japanese subtitles. While the quality is somewhat degraded, this version is recorded exactly as it was broadcast and is about 20 minutes shorter than the original. The ending credits include "Dizzy Miss Lizzy," and other unique Japanese editing techniques. The Japanese version of the film, with its unique narration by Masaru Doi and the hilarious voice of the Kairi priest, Skull Bee, will surely bring back fond memories for former Beatles fans.
