This release couples a live recording from 1976 by the jazz-rock fusion band Brand X. It was from the tour for their masterpiece album 'Unorthodox Behaviour', and the core members were the same as those on the album. The intense, virtuosic rhythms of Phil Collins and Percy Jones, combined with the aggressively driven treble, create a breathtaking marriage. While the performance itself is superb and I'd like to confidently declare it a "must-listen for all jazz-rock fans!", the sound quality is geared towards enthusiasts accustomed to audience recordings; it's not recommended for beginners.
