This recording captures the passionate progressive band Camel's first performance in Japan, titled "Breathless Tour Japan Tour 79," from the Osaka performance on January 17th and the Nagoya performance on January 19th, with superb, ultra-high-quality audience recordings.

Following the release of their sixth album, "Breathless," original member Peter Bardens left the band, and Caravan keyboard players Dave Sinclair and Jan Schelhaas joined the band for this world tour. However, after the tour, Dave Sinclair and Richard Sinclair left the band to reform Caravan, and Mel Collins also left.

Enjoy the rare Osaka and Nagoya performances with superb sound, performed by a lineup that was only active for a short time.
