This is a complete, ultra-high-quality audience recording of the April 12th performance in Kanazawa, the fourth day of the 2009 Japan tour. This recording was made in the front seats on the first floor, slightly to the left, resulting in a powerful sound with a very close, live band output. The direct pickup of Roger Glover's bass amp, located on stage left, creates a particularly powerful bass tone. Compared to the perfectly synchronized performance of the band, Ian Gillan's vocals are a bit out of breath, especially since it's the middle of the tour, but his performance, encouraged by the warm support of his bandmates, is truly moving.
