The performance itself is well recorded, but there are parts where the surrounding audience's conversations are heard, and parts where the sound is distorted due to over-leveling. Therefore, it is rated as Very Good. The same label has also produced an item with high-quality recordings of the New Orleans Jazz Festival from the same period, so that one is recommended first.
