This is a soundboard live recording of Gong, an important British jazz-rock band alongside Soft Machine and Nucleus. It features Steve Hillage during his time with the band. While there are live recordings from this period where Allan Holdsworth was on guitar and was more popular, Gong's most popular trilogy—'Flying Teapot', 'Angel's Egg', and 'You'—all feature Steve Hillage on guitar. Steve Hillage is the true guitarist. This is a live recording from after the release of the trilogy, a must-have for any prog rock fan, and it's a complete soundboard recording. While the vocal track is slightly unstable in some parts, the instrument separation is still good, making it a highly recommended high-quality recording. A must-have live recording for progressive rock collectors; add it to your collection. Incidentally, Holdsworth fans should check out Soft Machine's 1975 Netherlands concert, also released on the same label.
