For the next 150 minutes, your ears will leave your body and enter this wondrous time. This release features a complete recording of the Oakland concert on September 2, 1970, two days before the Blueberry Hill performance, compiled from two different sources. It includes "Blueberry Hill," the song that gives the album its title, "Communication Breakdown" (which incorporates "Good Times Bad Times"), the extremely rare encore performance of "The Train Kept A Rollin'," and finally, a relentless "Long Tall Sally"—a dangerous and amazing performance that is unpredictable. In terms of content, it surpasses the September 4th "Live On Blueberry Hill" recording.
Two audience sources for this concert have been confirmed, and this release utilizes both sources to provide a complete recording of the Oakland performance. "Whole Lotta Love," which was incomplete on previous releases, can now be heard in its entirety, and minor cuts between songs have been carefully filled in.
