Stray Cats - US Tour Archives 1983 This album features archived recordings from the 1982 US Tour. After a short four-year period following their major debut in 1980, the band reunited several times, and thanks to the rockabilly boom of the time, they delivered a unique groove and rhythm that only they could produce, creating the ultimate rock and roll sound. While the band's peak was in 1983, they had already broken through in America in the first half of 1982, thanks to their hit singles, and the performance recorded during this period has a power, groove, and speed that can only be heard then, with each member's free and wild playing being enjoyed throughout.
